This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations when you purchase from www.artcrafture.com (the 'Website'). This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Model Withdrawal Form: While not mandatory, you may use the EU Model Withdrawal Form available on our website or the European Commission website to make your withdrawal declaration clear and consistent.
To meet the 14-day withdrawal deadline, you must send your withdrawal notice

Artworks that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, including:

Tickets for cultural events, workshops, exhibitions, or time-sensitive activities cannot be refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled by Artcrafture.
Legal Basis: EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(l) - services for leisure activities provided on a specific date.
If an artwork or product is sealed for hygiene or protection reasons and you have unsealed it after delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Important: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the artwork is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we may deduct a depreciation charge from your refund.
Please package the artwork securely for return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, use appropriate protective materials (bubble wrap, foam, sturdy box) to prevent damage during transit. Include your order number inside the package.

Cancellation Conditions:
We may cancel your order in the following circumstances:
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any payment made. We will notify you by email as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel a commissioned or custom artwork order before the artist has begun work, you may receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit (if specified in your commission agreement).
Once the artist has begun work on your commissioned artwork:
Minor changes to commission specifications may be accommodated at the artist's discretion. Major changes after work has begun may result in additional charges or cancellation fees.
Important: The 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to commissioned or custom artworks made to your specifications. By placing a commission order, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right of withdrawal.

We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange for collection of the item.
If you receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please contact us immediately at hello@artcrafture.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and will cover all return shipping costs for the incorrect item. You will receive either:
Rental cancellation fees:
If you return a rented artwork before the end of the rental period, no refund will be provided for the unused rental time. The full rental fee for the agreed period remains due.
If we must cancel your rental reservation (due to artwork unavailability or damage), you will receive a full refund of all rental fees and security deposit.
Event/workshop ticket cancellation fees:
You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee's name and contact information. No fee applies for ticket transfers.
If we cancel an event or workshop, all participants will receive a full refund of ticket prices. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, speakers, or content. Minor changes do not entitle participants to a refund. If there are major changes, we will offer participants the option to attend the modified event or receive a full refund.
The following are NOT eligible for refund:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an artwork for a different one, please follow the return and refund process outlined in this policy, then place a new order for the desired item.
For returns from outside Finland:
Note: We cannot refund customs duties, import taxes, or fees paid at the time of original delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
